
Below you will find volunteer opportunities for our events. All the events have a different commitment level, but you don't have to be available for the entire time. Whatever time you can give is very much appreciated. Keep a look out for a "Sign Up Genius" link to appear on our website to volunteer. If you would like additional information please contact us.
8th Grade Dance
Volunteers are needed to fundraise, set up and coordinate all aspects of the dance.
Blood Drive
In conjunction with the American Red Cross, the PTA sponsors a blood drive in October. Follow up to remind donors of scheduled time and hanging signs at the school to publicize the blood drive
Book Fair
Fall Book Fair
This fundraiser provides a chance for parents and children to shop together for Scholastic books in the evening and for BRS students to shop for books during the school day. Assistance is needed for setting up and breaking down the book fair and to assist students with selecting and purchasing books during the day and evening fairs.

Spring Book Fair
Students have the opportunity to shop for books during the school day in each school. Parents and children are also able to shop together for Scholastic books during the evening fair. Assistance is needed to set up and break down the fairs in each school. During the fair volunteers are needed to assist students with their book selections and purchases.

Bunny Breakfast
A family-friendly breakfast with games, activities and a Special Guest available for pictures. Assist in the set up, serving breakfast and help with activities. 8th Graders and up can volunteer.
Family Night
Children come to school to participate in a night of fun-filled activities. Supervise the children during the event.
Harlem Wizards
Holiday Store
Children have the opportunity to complete their holiday shopping for family members. A volunteer helps with the selection of gifts, and escorts each child through the store. This event takes place in December. Help set up the night before and assist children with choosing, purchasing and wrapping their gifts.
Kids Night Out
Children and their families come to school to participate in a night of fun-filled activities.Volunteers needed to supervise the children during the event.

Ladies Night Out
Our premier event and largest fundraiser. A fun-filled evening of prizes, dinner and drinks. A variety of talents are needed including soliciting donations, organizing prize baskets, wrapping gift items and decorating the day of the event.
Princess and Her F.R.O.G Dance (Father/Relative/Other Gentleman)
A special dinner dance in February for our princesses and her F.R.O.G to enjoy together. Assist with preparations for the event and assist with decorating, set-up, serving the dinner and clean-up after the event.
Skating Parties
PTA sponsored fall skating parties held at ISC in Mount Laurel for AES, BRS & LMS students. Chaperones needed for each party to ensure the safety of our children.
